Dave Hofgren

Dave has been playing and studying guitar for over 23 years. He currently performs with a groups in the jazz/blues/rock arena, including a 13-piece ensemble presenting the music of Steely Dan. Allan Holdsworth, Elmore James, and Wes Montgomery are major influences in his playing. He has gained additional perspectives on music by studying Herbie Hancock, Thelonious Monk, and Charlie Parker, among others.
