Jason Parvey

Jason Parvey is a freelance saxophonist and teacher in the Twin Cities area. He has performed with the Wolverines, the Bellagala Big Band, the Skyway Jazz Orchestra, the Moonlight Serenaders big band, and the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra. He has also worked with artists outside of the jazz genre, including Roster McCabe, Ari Herstand, Edens Empire, and the New Orleans brass band "Jack Brass". He was a member of the Disneyland All-American College Band and while in the Los Angeles area, studied with Dan Higgins, Sal Lozano, and Bob Sheppard. He has shared the stage with Wayne Bergeron, Rick Baptiste, Bob Florence, Jiggs Whigham, Alex Isles, and Matt Harris.
